EOSD Portal
The Earth Observation for Sustainable Development of Forests
(EOSD) initiative is developing a land cover map of the
forested area of Canada. The EOSD Portal contains the
following data:
- Canada Landsat Mosaic
- EOSD NTS Map Tiles (Vector and Raster)
- Ability to download EOSD Map Tiles.

Georgia Basin Nitrogen Deposition Study
The Georgia Basin Nitrogen Deposition Study is analyzing the
nitrogen build up in the Georgia Basin Ecosystem. This
portal contains a collection of data that is being used
in the analysis which includes:
BCSIS Soil data,
BioGeoclimatic / ecozone data,
Forest Cover data,
Temperature / climatic data,
Malcolm Knapp Research Forest data,
Other various data

NFIS Ka-Map Portal
ka-Map is a highly interactive web-map client. It allows users to have interactive continuous panning without reloading the page. The NFIS installation of ka-Map includes map data from Saskatchewan. ka-Map is still in development and is best viewed using the Firefox browser.
